Maintenance will inspect your unit once a week. They will use the key you have provided, and your unit will be locked upon completion. If a problem is discovered, you will be notified immediately.
Before you leave, it is recommended that you do the following:
- Turn off water heater at breaker
- Turn off icemaker
- Turn off water to washing machine
- Turn off water to all toilets and sinks
Unit Owner hereby agrees that he/she shall and hereby do release, indemnify and hold the Association, its officers, directors, members, employees, attorneys, managers, successors, assigns, and representatives, from any and all actions, causes of action, debts, sums of money, accounts, claims and demands arising out of or related to or connected with the Association’s inspection of the Unit by or on behalf of or at the direction of the Unit Owner. These releases, indemnification and hold harmless undertakings shall include, but not be limited to, any claims for damage, injury, whatsoever, in law or in equity, whether latent or patent, discovered or undiscovered, all known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, bodily and personal injuries, damage of property, and the consequences thereof which the Unit Owner ever had, now have, or which he/she, or which any person or representative, successor, heir, spouse or assign of said Unit Owner or any person occupying or residing in Unit Owner’s unit, hereafter can, shall or may have, for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world up to the date of this release, or arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with the aforementioned inspection of the Unit.
