- For non-911 emergencies after business hours call Sentry Management, 386-693-1650. Provide name of property “Tuscany Square I Condominium”, unit number and phone number. During week days 8AM to 4PM call the on-site mgt office.
- Spectrum, AT&T, Air Conditioning services, etc. needing roof access: Schedule Appointments between 8AM & 4PM Notify the on-site liaison office (386-478-8876) or Dustin, our maintenance supervisor, in advance so we may accommodate your service technician’s needs by unlocking doors, putting up elevator pads, etc. Exceptions will be made for emergencies by calling the after-hours line at Sentry Management – 386-693-1650.

Vehicles parked within condo gates require a parking permit. - Please inform service technicians and workers that they may park inside the gated area only in designated vendor/service parking spaces or on your assigned apron while they work. No construction or repair materials are allowed in our residential or commercial garbage dumpsters.
