Provide name of property “Tuscany Square I Condominium”, unit number and phone number. During week days 8AM to 4PM call the on-site mgt office.

Bright House, AT&T, Air Conditioning services, etc. needing roof access: Schedule Appointments between 8AM & 4PM

Notify the on-site liaison office (386-478-8876) or Michael, our maintenance supervisor, in advance so we may accommodate your service technician’s needs by unlocking doors, putting up elevator pads, etc. Exceptions will be made for emergencies by calling the after-hours line at  Leland Management – 866-263-3987.
