Please be advised that your position as a realtor does not grant you automatic access to our community. If you are showing a property for an owner, please use the gate directory to contact the owner to gain access, or obtain access directly from them by other means.

Realtors and owners leasing or selling any unit at Tuscany Square Condominiums must provide the COA and/or our management company with specific information. Rentals will be processed by Tuscany Square COA. Purchases will be processed by Sentry Management. Please follow the instructions below in order.
If you are leasing or purchasing a unit:
Complete the Lease/Purchase Application – found here.
Confirmation from Sentry Management that all COA fees are current is also required.
Upon approval of your application, you will receive an email notifying you of such, including gate access instructions, and a request to visit our website to review important information about parking and general rules and regulations. Your parking permits will be delivered only after we receive confirmation from this link that you have read and understand the Rules and Regulations.
If this is a purchase request, the estoppel will be provided by Sentry Management.
This information must be submitted at least 7 days prior to intended move-in.
