Motorized Balcony Screens
TCI Motorized Screens by – “Town and Country Industries”

Unit would be motorized with one remote control included.
For balconies with brown metal railing, the header, side rails and bottom bar should be bronze.
For balconies with white cement railing, the header, side rails and bottom bar should be white.
The electrical motor is 115v x 2.5amp, and would be a plug-in to your GFI receptacle.
The installers would enclose the power cord in “wire-mold” (white or beige and paintable), to your receptacle.
All screens, regardless of the mesh, shall be black.
