NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the bylaws of the Association and Florida’s Condominium Act that the Board of Directors meeting will be held on the following date, time and place.
Our April BOD meeting will be held instead as a Town Hall Meeting at the Cross Creek Church. Our guest speaker, Contractor Wes Pell, will speak at the meeting about any concerns and questions with our major painting and balcony repairs which will begin in the month of May.
